Pistachio Cake

Cake:

1 White Cake Mix

1 cup oil

1 cup club soda

1 package instant pistachio pudding

3 eggs

Mix until thick.  Pour into greased pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Frosting:

1 package instant pistachio pudding

2 envelopes dream whip

1 1/2 cups milk

Mix well.  Frost cake.  Keep in refrigerator. 

My mom used to make this for my birthday a lot because it was my favorite!  The recipe came to her through my cousin Pam.  She usually made it in a bunt pan and it looked really nice.  Since I don't have a bunt pan, I just use a 9 x 13 pan.  For our St. Patrick's Day party I added green sprinkles too!
