Showing Pam and Jim Around

My cousin Pam and Jim came to visit us during their trip to California today.  It was so great to see them and share some of our beautiful city with them.  They came over to see our house and have breakfast in the morning.  Dominic made french toast - thanks babe!  Then we took them to the Safari Park to check it out.

Pam and the girls.

Being silly while we were waiting on the Africa Tram.

Audrey sat with Daddy and I, Eliza wanted to sit with Pam and Jim.

The parks' African savanna.

We got to see the new baby gorilla, while his mom carried him around.

The girls showed Pam and Jim their favorite parts of the park, like the lily pads.

Pam and Jim had never heard Eliza talk so much on our visits to Ohio.  They were constantly entertained to say the least.

We stopped at a local winery just around the corner from the Safari Park - Orfila Winery.  There was some pretty good wines, the girls were well behaved, and had lots of fun outside looking over the vineyards.  I'm counting on Pam to have some more pictures there, because this silly one is all I took.

We headed back into town to have dinner at a new Mexican restaurant.  It was delicious!  Then headed over to Coronado just in time to watch the sunset on the beach! (Pictures to come in separate post...)

It was a fun filled day with family!  Now Eliza and Audrey will remember Pam and Jim more when we go visit them in Ohio too!
