Decorating the Christmas Tree

Saturday night we decorated our Christmas tree when Dominic came home from work. The girls were really into it this year, especially Eliza. They both wanted to help put all the ornaments on. We have an artificial tree again this year since we are going to be out of town for the holidays. The lights were already on it, which is kind of nice, so we just had to put the ornaments and tree topper on.

Eliza did pretty well putting some of them on by herself...

but needed help as the lower branches began to fill up.

Our star was too heavy for our little tree, so luckily I had a nice gold bow (thanks Mom).

Tuesday we went to Ceramicafe to pick up the ornament Eliza had painted the week before. She hung it near the top so it wouldn't get broken.
