Well, we just can't swing the ballet this year. I wanted to take the girls to The Nutcracker, but maybe next year. We watched the Berlin State Ballet on TV. The girls had so much fun! They put on their tutus and danced around the living room.

Eliza really got into it. She would stop dancing long enough to watch and then try some of the dance moves she saw. She was very interested in the story as well.
Eliza wanted to dance with a partner like all the couples on TV.

We had the best seats in the house and whatever snacks we wanted. This was so fun, and we didn't have to worry about the girls getting antsy at the theater. They also traded tutus halfway through, that's something you couldn't do in public! Hopefully they will have just as much fun when we get to take them to the real thing.
