Eliza Making Lunch

For lunch today, Eliza and I made English Muffin Pizzas. We got the recipe from her new Strawberry Shortcake Cookbook, though it calls for bagels instead. She was so excited to cook!

Eliza got to use one of the measuring spoons that came with the book to scoop the sauce onto each piece. Then she sprinkled on the cheese.

I chopped up a green pepper and sliced some black olives. She sprinkled those on top of the cheese.

They turned out really good, though I think a different sauce will be better next time. Of course Eliza and Audrey didn't want to even taste them after all that. At least she had fun making them I guess.
