Fun With Friends

Yesterday, we went to the park to fly kites with our play group pals.  The girls had a blast running all over with the kites, and did fairly well taking turns.

When Eliza was flying the kite, Audrey was running with her too.

This morning, we went to the Nature Story time at Tecolote Canyon.  It was all about habitats this month.  The girls played a game where they threw the beanie baby animal onto the correct poster of where they live - water, land, or both.  They loved shaking the maracas and shakers during one of the songs too.

We went on a hike with our friend Moira after story time.

We had lunch and played back at the Nature Center.

Then it was time to go to a birthday party for Eliza's friend Lilah and her twin brother Alex.

There was an animal show with lots of lizards, snakes and other animals.

The kids all got to pet or even hold almost all the animals he had.  It was really cool.  The party was so cute and it was great to see some of Eliza's school friends since we've been out of school all month.
