Hullabaloo Family Music Festival

I won tickets to this awesome music festival today!  We had so much fun!  There were 5 different performers/bands playing great kid-friendly music, a "musical petting zoo" where the kids got to play with different instruments, face painting, and lots of vendors with freebies, coupons and information.

After visiting the face painter (Audrey got a kitty face and Eliza got a yellow balloon on her hand), the girls hammed it up in the Rock n' Roll photo booth.

All the props were so great!

My sweet, silly girls.

The Art Soup booth had all the supplies for the kids to make their own paper guitars.  They decorated them with strips of colorful paper, lots of different cutout shapes, and markers.

Back at our blanket, the girls pretended to play along to the music on their guitars.  Eliza is also sporting her huge peace sign necklace that she made.

When Bucket Ruckus came on the stage, we went up to the front to join in the fun.  The girls got to play some maracas and tambourines with the band.

This beautiful purple guitar was one of the many instruments in the "petting zoo."

Both girls loved the guitar and the banjo.

What a blast!  The whole festival took place at the Bernardo Winery, so Dom sampled one of the yummy wines, while I enjoyed a beer!

We met up with Dom's dad and family afterwards since they were all in town for the last day of the water polo tournament.  We hung out at our house, then went to eat at our favorite pizza place - Woodstock- for dinner.  Perfect family day!
