Fiesta!

We joined our playgroup pals for a Fiesta to celebrate Cinco de Mayo today.  We went to the park and everyone brought a Mexican inspired dish to share.

 

Of course, Audrey's favorite part was the cookies!  We made little sombreros with sugar cookies, gum drops, icing and sprinkles.

The pinata was a close second though.  She had fun hitting it a few times when it was her turn, then all the kids got to pull the strings to open it.  Audrey only got 3 pieces of candy, but she was super excited about them.

Fun party, and we stayed and played at the park for a few hours!
