Veteran's Day Hike

Now that they are both in school full time, our hikes have been few and far between.  We were all excited to get out on the trail this morning, and the weather was made to order.

We got there early and explored a little while waiting on friends.

There was a little water to throw rocks in.  The drought is awful here in southern California - this trail used to have lots more water to enjoy.

I didn't get a lot of pictures after this, because the kids were so excited to be out of school and all together, that they RAN the whole hike!
