Merry Christmas!

We had a wonderful Christmas in LA with Dom's family.  We spent Christmas Eve at Lupe's house with Richard, Nicole, Aunt Bea, and lots of cousins.  The girls loved being the center of attention since there were no other kids there.  They opened a few gifts from Dom's cousins, spread their reindeer food on the front lawn, and stayed up way too late.

Santa eventually came when they went to sleep...

Eliza's gifts from Santa.  Her doll, Kit, was so excited about her new scooter that she crept out to play on it before Eliza woke up.

Audrey's gifts from Santa.  Now she has a doll of her own with hair to brush!  She named her Emily.

Eliza was most excited to get the microphone she has been asking for.  It came with a game for the PS3 that has lots of Disney songs for her to sing.

Checking out her stocking.  She was excited about a Ladybug Girl book that was sticking out the top... I am excited because its a Level 1 reader for when she starts reading.

The girls got adorable necklaces in their stockings, and when they checked out the little stockings for their dolls, they found matching necklaces for them too!

Eliza taking Kit for a spin on her scooter.

Then we moved on to all the presents from everyone else...

Eliza trying on her new robe from Mamaloop.

Audrey was so excited about the salon chair for Emily and the "doll in doll in doll" that my mom sent her.  She is always playing with my Russian nesting dolls, so now she has some of her own.

My mom got Eliza Kit's collection of books.  She got this set of 6 plus 3 other books from Santa, needless to say, she's our little bookworm.

The camera batteries died before we finished that last few gifts of course....
The highlights were a Disney Infinity game for the PS3 from Amanda, the Frozen characters and Mike Wasowski for the Infinity game from Matilda, and last but not least... they got a Kindle Fire!  They were so surprised and excited!  They have been saving up since the spring to buy a tablet of their own, now they don't have to.

Then we packed up and headed over to Dom's Dad's house to spend the rest of the day.

A Barbie beauty set with lots of lip gloss for Eliza.

Audrey got a dining room set and a living room set for their Barbie house.

Uncle Richard got them the Frozen Barbie dolls and some awesome walkie talkies.

We hung out, had dinner, and spent the night there.

Eliza couldn't wait to try out her new game and microphone.  Singing along with Hannah Montana, High School Musical, and Camp Rock.

The girls got dressed in their new clothes with matching doll outfits, then we headed to the park for a while.

When it got dark, we went to look at Christmas lights.  The Balian family ice cream house was amazing!
