Blue Diamonds Soccer

Eliza's last soccer game was this morning.  They won 3-0!  It was such a great game, and I couldn't be prouder of how they all played today.  The rest of the season was pretty rough this year, as they finished with only 2 wins and 2 ties.  They lost a lot!  

Eliza had fun for the most part though.  She played out of her comfort zone and was nervous when she had to play offense, but still showed some improvement.  She still prefers defense like last year.  

We had our end of the season party at Shakey's Pizza and everyone got a nice trophy and had fun hanging out.  Eliza still wants to continue next season, so hopefully she will continue to improve.  This soccer mom may even be stepping up to coach...

Eliza's favorite part of the games is always running through the tunnel of parents at the end!  She has so much fun!
