Well, I've been so bad at taking pictures this month, which in turn makes it quite hard to keep the blog up to date. So here is what we've been doing, with some quickly snapped shots - most of which I took with my phone.
We went to the zoo with friends and did a bus tour while talking about the various continents that the animals come from. Then we hit up the children's zoo, which we'd not visited for a while. Audrey happily pet the goats, sheep, and pig in the petting zoo. The otter was very active, and fun to watch too.
We caught up with some friends that we hadn't seen recently at a great park. The kids had fun exploring, and then performing for Laurie and I when we got to the outdoor amphitheater. It was so fun!
Our playgroup had a St. Patrick's Day party (on the 16th) at the park. Audrey enjoyed playing with friends, and we did a cute shamrock stamping craft using green bell peppers.
Eliza was invited to her first pool party for her friend Cameron's birthday. There were a few other kids from her kindergarten class, and I got to meet some of the moms.
Audrey and I joined some friends for a hike on the first day of Spring. It turned out to be a beautiful day, and we ventured further on the trail than we'd been before.
The girls both had their first dentist appointment this month too. They did x-rays and the cleaning. They both did really well, and had no cavities or any problems - as I expected. Thank goodness for good genes!
Dominic is spending the last 2 weeks of March in Houston for business. The positive side is that I found time to get some reading done in the evenings - I finally read Pride and Prejudice! The negative for the girls and I is obviously not getting to see him for so long. It will be worth it if it helps with work though.
I am determined to do better with pictures for the remainder of the month, and especially in April. Eliza has spring break for the entire month and we have lots of activities planned, and more to be added I'm sure.

It gets harder to take so many pictures as the babies grow into kids, doesn't it? At least the ones you got are cute! :)
