Feeding the Ducks

More beautiful fall weather! Saturday we went to Bowman Springs Park to feed the ducks. It was Audrey's first time actually being able to throw the bread. Of course she got too close to the ducks and they kept running away, but it worked out for her, because she would just pick up the same piece of bread and try again. The bread lasted much longer that way.

Eliza stopped there to throw the bread, and Audrey just kept getting closer and closer.

Eventually the ducks ran back to the water and we fed them from the railing.

All out of bread.

We went to the playground when we ran out of bread. Eliza's favorite part was "exploring" on the rocks, and Audrey tried to follow her for a while. Our friend Isabelle joined in too.

Audrey wasn't quite as agile as Eliza, but she still had fun.

So proud when she did it though!
