Topsail Island, North Carolina

We took our usual trip to Ohio this summer after school, but this year we did a family vacation for a week in the middle of our trip.  We flew out to Ohio and spent a few days, then drove down to Topsail Island, North Carolina.

We stayed in Surf City, in a really great condo, right on the beach.

There were cousins, cousins, and more cousins!  In addition to my sisters' kids, we had my Mom's cousins, and their kids, and their kids, making Isla and Quinn (pictured) 5th cousins to our girls (I think).

It was so fun hanging out together at the beach all day, grabbing dinners together in the evenings, and even playing mini golf together for Kyrie's 4th birthday.

Audrey is finally in love with the ocean!  She is no longer afraid of the waves at all, and she had so much fun going in the water, and riding on the boogie board.

Eliza has always loved the ocean, and she was excited to hang out with her older cousins and boogie board to her hearts content.  Thankfully, she wasn't "too cool" to play with Dom and I in the waves too.
