Oceanside Pier

We took a scenic drive up the coast today to the Oceanside Pier.  We drove through little beach towns and along the 101 or Pacific Coast Highway.  We saw beautiful beaches and lots of cute shops.

It was a little gloomy, but we had fun walking down the pier.  We saw some fisherman reeling in their catch along the way.

Then we had lunch at Ruby's Diner at the end of the pier.

We walked back to play on the little playground on the beach, then headed into town to find some souvenir shops.  It's such a great area, and a beautiful drive.
