My Little Water Babies

We went to a splash park today and my girls were in heaven. We met our friend Sherri there with Lily and her two nieces. Lily was a little timid about the water, but my girls went right in.

Audrey wasn't sure where the water was going to spray up next. It kept going down when she got into it, and then she would have to find it somewhere else.

When the spray came up behind her, she got a little of the mist and shrugged her shoulders up in a little shiver of surprise.

Eliza was running through all the water and having so much fun, I could barely get a picture of her. She was in the water, before I even got Audrey changed to go in.

Once Audrey was all wet, she got much faster at going right towards the sprays.

Eliza was so brave standing right under this big bucket that just dumped over once it filled up. She loved it!

Amongst the running around from one area to the next, the girls saw each other. They both put their arms out and walked right into a big hug. It was so precious.

Unfortunately we only stayed for about an hour. The girls had a ton of fun while it lasted and we had lots of fruit for a snack before we left. Strawberries, oranges, and apples - Mmmm!
