A trip to San Diego wouldn't be complete without visiting the seals in La Jolla! Papa had seen pictures from Mom and Dad's previous visits, so it was on his list of things to see this time too.
There were not as many seals as usual, but more were on the other side of the wall when we walked down there.
Papa, Audrey and I down on the walkway.

Love this one!
Snapped one of Papa and Mom walking back towards the steps.
Then we walked up to the next beach section to explore some more. Audrey and I went down to the beach to check out the cave and get our toes wet.
She did great! She tiptoed up to the edge of the water and splashed a little, then backed away when the waves came in.
After picking up Eliza from school, we headed to Seaport Village to shop and eat. We were delayed a bit by a fender bender on the way, but thankfully nobody was injured. My rear bumper needs replaced, but its pretty minor for being on the highway. Luckily Dad and Papa were in a different lane, and weren't involved in the accident as well.
The balancing rocks.
The girls got to ride the carousel after dinner. It was pretty chilly when the sun went down, so we didn't stay too long. It was nice that my parents got to see somewhere different though.
Such a beautiful place to raise your babies! Looks like they are true California Girls now.
